Tanger Outlets Savannah in Pooler: Hours, Stores, Black Friday & Tips

Updated October 22, 2026. Tanger Outlets Savannah is in Pooler, not in the Historic District. The address on tanger.com/savannah is 200 Tanger Outlets Blvd, Pooler, GA 31322. The phone is (912) 348-3125. The management email on the same center record is TangerSavannahManagement@tangeroutlets.com. If you only have a downtown afternoon, this is a separate drive. If you have a car and a list, it is the outlet stop for the Savannah area.

Where Tanger Outlets Savannah is

The visitor page says the center sits directly off I-95 at Exit 104 in Pooler. Southbound, turn right onto Pooler Parkway. Northbound, turn left onto Pooler Parkway. Google directions from the center record: maps.app.goo.gl/sTduipjh7fG6GhC57.

Tanger Inc's property page prints the same street address and a distance line that reads "Savannah, GA (10 mi)." That is Tanger's figure, not a turn-by-turn time. A driving route measured October 22, 2026, from a mapped point on Tanger Outlets Boulevard at that address (the Planet Fitness pin) to Bull Street at Broughton Street was 12.65 miles and about 21 minutes. Those are two different measurements. Use 10 miles when you are quoting Tanger. Use the longer figure when you are driving to the middle of downtown.

From the airport, the same kind of route, from the mapped Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport point to that Tanger pin, was 6.51 miles and about 14 minutes. Our airport to downtown guide covers the ride the other direction, into the Historic District, which is not this exit.

Downtown shopping is a different product. Broughton Street, City Market, River Street, and Starland are in our Savannah shopping guide. Tanger is the place you drive to when the list is outlet names, not squares.

Regular hours

The center hours array checked October 22, 2026 has six days at 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and one day at 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The array numbers the days 0 through 6 and does not print Monday or Sunday. H&M's own Savannah store page does. It lists Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Those clock times match the center array, so this page reads the center hours as Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

That is the center pattern, not a promise for every door. The visitor page and the store pages both exist so you can check the shop you actually want. A store can open later, close for a reset, or show "closed today" on the directory card. Look at the store's page the day you go.

Black Friday 2026 and other holiday hours

Black Friday 2026 is Friday, November 27. Thanksgiving 2026 is Thursday, November 26. Neither date appears in the center's special-days list checked October 22, 2026. Tanger has not posted November 2026 holiday hours in that data. Do not plan on last year's opening time until the page says so. Check tanger.com/savannah.

What the same list does show, so you can see the pattern, is earlier holidays. The latest Black Friday entry is November 28, 2025, open 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thanksgiving Day 2025 (November 27, 2025) and Christmas Day 2025 are both labeled and set to 00:00 open and 00:00 close, which is how this data marks a day with no shopping window. Christmas Eve 2025 is 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. New Year's Eve 2025 is 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Those lines are 2025. They are not a 2026 calendar.

Two 2026 holidays are already in the data. Easter, April 5, 2026, is 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. July 4, 2026, is 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Nothing in the November 2026 range is filled in yet. How many stores, and which names are on the directory

The Savannah center record lists 103 store IDs. Tanger's sitemap listed 103 unique Savannah store URLs the same day. A few of those URLs are marked coming soon, including Bath & Body Works and Happy Beauty pages with "coming soon" in the address. Fragrance Outlet and Sunglass Hut each appear twice, with two IDs. Say "103 directory pages," not "103 open stores," and not a square-footage claim. Tanger Inc lists GLA of 489,000 for the property. That is floor area, not a store count.

Where to eat on the property

There is no Pooler restaurant list in our downtown directory, and this page does not invent off-site restaurants. The food names below are directory entries or names the visitor page uses for a landmark.

The visitor page places Rivian chargers behind Panda Express and stroller rental across from River Street Sweets. Those two names are on that page. Their hours are their own. For a sit-down meal in the Historic District after you drive back, use the Savannah restaurants directory and check that restaurant's hours. Outlet dining and downtown dining are not interchangeable on a holiday, when both sides change their clocks.

Parking, strollers, and the practical stops

The visitor page does not print a general lot price. It does describe where to leave the car. Bus and oversized parking is on the back of the property near the lighthouse. Veterans spaces are marked in the lot. TangerClub preferred parking is in the front and rear lots. The pickup and drop-off lane is by the lighthouse. EV charging is in the lot, with Rivian chargers at the front behind Panda Express.

Families get a few posted details. The Adventure Playground is on the south side near Dave & Buster's. Stroller rental is at the South Entrance near the playground, across from River Street Sweets: $10, with a $1 refund when you return it. The splash pad is free, March through September, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., by the lighthouse, with wheelchair-accessible seating. Those seasons and prices are what the visitor page said on October 22, 2026.

Accessibility notes from the same page: complimentary wheelchairs at the Management Office or from Security at 912-803-9681. An adult changing table is in the Building 700 family restroom, in the customer hallway behind Krispy Kreme. The mother's room is in that same hallway; Security opens it. The ATM is in Building 300 near the restrooms. Lost and found is north, across from the splash pad, or through the Management Office and that same Security number. The center phone, (912) 348-3125, is the management line. Security is the number the visitor page prints for wheelchairs, the mother's room, and lost items.

How to use the outlet stop on a Savannah trip

Treat Tanger as its own block of time. The drive from Bull and Broughton was about 21 minutes in the measurement above, before you park and walk the property. A tight morning in the squares does not have room for it. A rental car, an airport arrival before downtown check-in, or a Black Friday plan with hours you have rechecked are the fits.

Do not read a 2025 Black Friday opening of 6:00 a.m. as the 2026 plan. The center data has a hole where November 2026 should be. If the homepage later posts a holiday banner, that banner wins over this article. Regular Monday-through-Saturday hours are the only clock this page will state as current, and even those can flex by store.

Pair the outlet run with downtown on purpose. Shop Tanger, then use the shopping guide for Broughton Street if you still want local stores. Eat on the property if you are not driving back yet.
